The present document informs you of how our company collects and processes your personal data with regard to information collection, usage and erasure.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Beauty Passion OÜ collects personal data which is needed to book the services chosen by the data subject, i.e. the customer. The data collected during the booking process includes customer’s given name and surname, e-mail address and phone number. We will not share our customers’ information with any other third party including direct marketing companies, with the exception of organisations who have the right for such information by law (courts, the Prosecution Office, police etc.). We also do not use your personal data unpurposefully.

SENDING OFFERS AND NEWSLETTERS

When forwarding offers, we collect the following information: given name and surname, e-mail address. If you participate in the prize draws we organise, we process the following (personal) data: given name and surname, e-mail address and for delivering the prize either an e-mail address or a phone number.

STORAGE OF DATA

1. The data collected about you will be stored for the period of time as laid down by law for record keeping obligation and limitation period of submission of claims, thereafter personal data will be deleted. Data is stored in one database, administered by our employees.

2. To protect your personal data we use physical, technical and administrative protective measures. Our internet network is protected by a firewall and intrusion detection software. Access to your personal data is limited to only those employees who need this information to provide you the service you have agreed upon or when provided for by law.
