Learning outcomes and prerequisites for passing

The student must practice hand in permanent make-up procedures. Upon completion of the training, the technician is able to use a permanent make-up machine and perform permanent make-up procedures (incl. eyebrows, lips, eyeliner).

The supervisor assesses the student’s skills and exam results and supervises and follows the practical work.

After completing the training and exam, the student is able to perform permanent make-up procedures independently, knows about skin structure, hygiene requirements, necessary products and procedural requirements.

On the first day of the basic training, there is an exam on the learned materials at 10.00 in the morning.

We will issue an international diploma upon completion of the training.

 

Beauty Passion Textbook

The student receives a large amount of theoretical study material for home study.

The permanent make-up textbook has been compiled by our trainer Catlin Raidvee. The book contains almost 70 pages of study materials, supplemented by drawings and step-by-step tutorials. The textbook is available to the student participating in the training.

The starter package contains everything you need to start permanent make-up procedures independently:

  • Purebeau Virgin permanent make-up machine
  • Needles 20 pcs
  • Pigments 8 pcs

  • Measuring instruments
  • Study mat, exercise mat

The price includes all the necessary working materials during the training.

All materials necessary for training and learning at home (machine, pigments, latex, needles, tips, pigment cups, machine film, film apron, rubber gloves, etc.) will be provided by the trainer on the first day of practice.

The training takes place with the trainer’s permanent make-up machine. The machine must be returned on the last day of practice.

NB! The permanent make-up machine must be purchased by the student after the training. The trainer helps to choose a permanent make-up machine. Machine prices range from 200 to 4000 €. Every student is sure to find the right machine for them.

 

Rules of payment

14 days before the start of the training, the training bill must be paid, after which we issue theory materials for home study.

 

Tuition fee refund conditions

The trainee has the right to withdraw from the training under the following conditions:

  1. If you give up basic training, giving at least 7 working days’ notice, losing 50% of the total cost of the training.
  2. If you cancel the in-service training by notifying at least 48 hours in advance, you will lose 50% of the total cost of the training as a fine.
  3. If the trainee does not appear for the training at the agreed time, the training fee is not refundable.
  4. If the training is canceled with good reason, the trainee is entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Good reasons are considered to be: the illness, death or accident of a trainee or a person close to him or her (spouse, spouse, parents, child); fire; great property damage. The trainee is obliged to immediately inform the trainer of the occurrence of a valid obstacle and submit a written proof of the incident (medical certificate, police report, etc.).
  5. The decision of the trainee to leave the training unfinished before the completion of the training does not release the trainee from the obligation to pay the training costs.

CATLIN RAIDVEE

certified international trainer

Catlin has been engaged in permanent make-up since 2011. In 2017 she won second place at the WorldWide Eyebrow Festival in the Netherlands, in 2017 she won first place at the Estonian Championships in the eyebrows and in 2018 Catlin won the cup for the cleanliness of the work environment and the title “Most Beautiful Lips” at international competitions in Estonia! Catlin has participated in the international permanent make-up competition as a jury. Catlin won 3rd place in the eyebrow powder technique at the PMU Gold conference in Poland in the spring of 2019 in the Master category. Catlin also participated in the Worldwide Eyebrow Festival in the Netherlands in the spring of 2019 as a jury, presenting his technique as a live demo.

 

KAIRIT LUUK

Kairit has been actively involved in permanent make-up for 4 years and loves precision and correctness in her work. It is possible to come to Kairit with permanent eyebrows, eyeliner, lips as well as full face make-up, and in addition, Kairit also performs a hair imitation procedure. In the spring of 2019, Kairit won second place at the Ultimate Lash & Brow International Championship in Helsinki.

 

MARILIIS JOHANNA KATTEL

Mariliis has been doing permanent make-up for almost 5 years and has completed a large number of different training sessions during that time. In her work, she loves the most that she can emphasize a woman’s natural beauty, taking into account all the features of her face. She is very creative in her work and enjoys it to the fullest, because she has the power to make women more beautiful – to hide small shortcomings and emphasize values. In the spring of 2019, Mariliis won third place at the Ultimate Lash & Brow International Championship in Helsinki and the special award “The Best Eyebrow Shape”.

 

MERILY MÄNNIS

Merily has been in the beauty industry since 2010. She was certified in eyebrow modelling and design, before learning permanent makeup. She has been performing permanent makeup procedures actively since 2018. Merily is one of the favourite trainers by our lovely students.

In Helsinki, parking in front of the cabin with a parking meter for 4 hours is free.

In Tallinn, the salon is located in the downtown area and parking is paid. By calling 56152303, there is free parking in the yard.

General

STUDENTS WILL BE ADMITTED TO TRAINING IF THEY MEET ALL THE CRITERIA:

  • All applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to pay for the training before the start of the training.
  • Permanent Makeup and Beauty OÜ (hereinafter the School) reserves the right to make changes in the training schedule, change the date or time of the training, the content of the course and the fee.
  • Before registering for the training, the student chooses a suitable training time and when registering for a specific training, the student must adhere to the training schedule, re-registration is allowed if there is more than 1 month until the training.
  • The school reserves the right to make a final decision on the re-registration of a student based on the availability of vacancies in the second course. If such an opportunity is given to the student, the student pays a re-registration fee of 10% of the total amount of the training.
  • The school should be informed as soon as possible of the pupil’s possible medical conditions / illnesses.
  • In case of illness or absence from training for any other reason, notification must be given as early as possible. In case of absences, there is no possibility to follow up. The school has the right not to issue a certificate if 30% of the number of hours is missing.

 

FEES AND ALLOWANCES:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable. The school will not refund the paid tuition fee if you do not come to the training, for whatever reason. The school does not take responsibility for those who have paid the registration fee but are not able to pay the final amount of the training. If the School does not receive the full amount for the training before the start of the training, the registration fee and the booked place will be canceled and the registrant will not be allowed for the training.
  • If the student is unable to attend or complete the approved training, no refunds will be made. Tuition will only be reimbursed if the student is seriously ill and cannot take part in the training on the basis of a medical certificate, even if he or she is included in the next training group.
  • If the student has paid the training fee and cancels his / her reservation 1 month before the start of the training, the School will refund 50% of the cost of the training if the student cancels his / her booking 2 weeks before the start of the training or the training fee is not refunded!
  • Students can apply for funding from the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, according to their conditions.

 

RULES OF PROCEDURE:

  • Students are expected to behave professionally. In the event of disturbing or disturbing fellow students, the School has the right to remove the student from class.
  • Due to copyright law, the use of video cameras or other sound recording devices is not permitted during training. It is also not allowed to reproduce and distribute materials issued during the training. Only student work is allowed.
  • Students must adhere to the prescribed work schedule, start times and also complete their work on time. The training starts with preparation and ends with organizing things.
  • Training begins at the scheduled time according to the training schedule, regardless of whether all students are present or not. Delays must also be announced in advance before the start of the training. If a student is absent from school due to his / her delay, illness or other absence, the School is not responsible for teaching the subject.
  • Possible absences from training must be discussed and advised in good time before registration. Absences are not recommended due to the intensive form of training.

 

 DAMAGE OR BREACH OF PROPERTY:

  • The student is obliged to behave carefully with the tools provided by the School.
  • If a student damages or damages the property or equipment of the School, the student must be responsible for it and compensate for the damage. Misuse of tools is not acceptable!
  • The School is not responsible for the personal affairs of the students, the students must be attentive and careful with both their own and the School’s affairs.
  • These rules apply to the students of Permanent Makeup and Beauty OÜ. Only the representatives of Permanent Makeup and Beauty OÜ have the right to change the rules.
  • The criteria and rules set by Permanent Makeup and Beauty OÜ must be met, and if the student does not follow the rules of the School, the School has the right to refuse to issue a certificate, refund payments or re-register.

 

PROCEDURES FOR ORGANISING STUDIES

  1. Training information is published on the website in the corresponding training tab. All changes related to the training will also be published on the website in the relevant training tab.
  2. The exact schedule of the training will also be sent to all participants in person. Registration for training is usually done by e-mail info@beautypassion.ee or by phone 53823552 or via the Unemployment Insurance Fund registration form (corresponding department and specialist).
  3. The training center does its best to create the most supportive and learning-friendly environment possible.
  4. The training center constantly evaluates and develops its operating mechanisms in order to ensure and continuously improve the quality of learning.
  5. When organiSing studies, we always try to proceed from the client’s needs.

 

PROCEDURE FOR ENSURING THE QUALITY OF THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

  1. The training center organises training in study rooms that comply with the occupational health and safety requirements provided for in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  2. The training rooms are equipped with modern technical equipment and the interior of the training room is suitable for adult learning and flexible relocation to use different teaching methods.
  3. Study materials are distributed by email, as well as on paper if necessary.
  4. The study materials and tools have been prepared and / or are used in accordance with copyright law and do not infringe the author’s personal or property rights.
  5. Except in cases of force majeure, the training center shall ensure the availability of a teacher with the necessary qualifications to carry out the studies.

 

TRAINING PROGRAMME QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURE

  1. Curricula are published on the website of Permanent Makeup and Beauty OÜ. Curricula are prepared on the basis of the Adult Education Act, the in-service training standard and instructional materials approved by the Ministry of Education and Research.
  2. The curriculum is the basic document of in-service training.
  3. Quality is assessed after the training in the form of oral and written / electronic feedback.
  4. Feedback will be taken into account.
  5. Based on the students’ feedback, changes are made to the curricula and learning environment if necessary.

 

TRAINING QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURES

  1. All trainers have the necessary qualifications and work experience in their field.
  2. The training center involves top performers in their field to conduct study activities.
  3. The trainer must be an experienced practitioner in his / her field and engage in continuous self-improvement. The trainer’s experience is considered an advantage.
  4. The quality of the trainers is assessed after the training in the form of oral and written / electronic feedback.
  5. Feedback will be taken into account. Based on the feedback, suggestions are made to the lecturer for better conducting of teaching activities, if necessary.
  6. Feedback is the basis for the teacher’s self-improvement.

ADVANCED MAKEUP TRAINING

DESCRIPTION

Advanced training is a one-day in-service training for existing permanent make-up technicians. The trainer identifies the student’s weaknesses and the main problems during the procedure and finds a solution to eliminate the weaknesses.

Price: 500 € in Tallinn / 600 € in Helsinki

10 academic lessons that include independent practical work under the guidance of a teacher and beauty procedures for three models.

The procedure for the model is chargeable: 30 € liner; 40 € lips; 50 € eyebrows.

If you have your own models, please let us know. If there are no models, we will help you find them.
